I wasn't sure what to expect buying a warranty online, but my experience so far with E-Auto has been awesome. I purchased their second tier coverage, the Enhanced. I started having some issues with my Jeep Liberty after my check engine light came on I noticed a clunking noise. I took my Jeep to my usual local mechanic to have it looked at and had him contact E-Auto to file a claim for me. I ended up needing a control arm and some sort of tie rod and E-Auto ended up covering just about the entire cost of the repair (I have a deductible with the warranty I got). The company itself was easy to work with and gave me updates while my car was in the repair shop and were very helpful explaining everything to me.

I had a great experience with e-auto warranty! The other day I was driving home from work and my check engine light came on (it was late at night so I figured I would see how it was in the morning) I work early so I got in my car the next day and totally forgot about that check engine light. The car seemed ok so I drove to work. Once I was done with my work day I was driving home and then my worst fear happened, my car stalled. E-auto was able to get me a tow to the nearest shop and found out the cause to my check engine light. All I had to do was pay my deductible and e-auto was able to pay the shop directly with a credit card! I was so happy I didn't have to pay a large chunk out of my pocket. Buying from e-auto was the best decision I made!!

When I bought my civic from a local dealership it came with an extended warranty included in the price. I tried using it a few times and not much seemed to be covered, so I wasn't sure if I should buy one again when I came across E-Auto. The girl who called went over the entire process of how to use the warranty and told me exactly what would be covered and set me up with a monthly pay plan. She wasn't pushy at all and I felt comfortable enough to try another warranty again. I haven't had to use it yet, but so far the experience is lightyears better than the other warranty company.

I heard about this company on the radio and decided to put a quote in for a warranty on my F-150. Being a mechanic, I grilled one of their reps (Chris) with questions about my warranty figuring he might not know most of the questions. Surprisingly, he knew just as much as I did about cars and had a lot of experience…we talked shop for about 20 minutes. It seems like these people are actual “car people” and know what they are talking about. I bought the Plus coverage and am in the 30 day hold period right now.

E-Auto did not leave me and my children on the side of the
road! Our vehicle broke down at night on the highway. Road side came and got
the vehicle and took it to a local shop for the repairs. They gave me no hassle
at all and my car was repaired and back on the road the very next day!!

knowledgeable, they answered all my questions with ease and made it very easy
to understand what the contract does and does not cover.

Great customer service! The people in the office were very
patient with my elderly parents, they had several questions and concerns
regarding a used vehicle warranty. There were many phone calls back and forth,
and they eventually ended up purchasing a contract. The care, concern and
follow up from E-Auto was wonderful and greatly appreciated. I would highly
recommend this company to anyone that is purchasing a used vehicle.
